Postage 

UK Postage only.

Collection - Free (Collection options available from Somerset (South West) OR Shrewsbury (Shropshire). 

 

Shipping

All costumes are posted with a return label. 

  • 1–8 costumes: £10

  • 9–20 costumes: £20

  • 21–40 costumes: £22

  • 41–60 costumes: £25

  • 70-100 costumes: £35.00 

  • 101+ costumes: £55.00 

All prices include tracked UK delivery and a prepaid tracked return label

Rental Period

All costume hire is based on a 14 day rental period. ​

  • Day 1 (Arrival): The costumes arrive at your location or you pick them up.

  • Days 2–12 (Usage): This covers your dress rehearsals, technical runs, and show dates.

  • Days 13–14 (Return Window): You must pack and ship the costumes back, or return them in person.

Cancellations
 

The full amount is due when booking. If you would like to cancel your order, you have 14 days to cancel after you have placed the order for a full refund. This must be 28 days before your order is due to be sent. Any time after this we cannot fully refund, instead we can place a credit on your account for when you next need the costumes.
